1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Joe's Welding And Machine Company's services or website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

Joe's Welding And Machine Company provides professional welding services including but not limited to:

• MIG and TIG welding services
• Structural fabrication and steel work
• Custom metal fabrication and repair
• Industrial equipment welding
• Emergency welding services
• Mobile welding services

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Joe's Welding And Machine Company are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on current material costs and labor rates, which are subject to change.

Estimate Inclusions

• Labor costs for specified work
• Material costs as quoted
• Basic cleanup of work area
• Standard warranty as outlined in section 7

Estimate Exclusions

• Permits and inspection fees (when required)
• Site preparation beyond normal conditions
• Rush delivery or emergency service charges
• Changes to original scope of work

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Small Projects (Under $1,000): Payment due upon completion
• Medium Projects ($1,000 - $10,000): 50% deposit required, balance due upon completion
• Large Projects (Over $10,000): 30% deposit, 40% at mid-point, balance due upon completion
• Payment Methods: Cash, check, and major credit cards accepted

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your service agreement under the following conditions:

• Before work begins: Full refund of deposit
• After work begins: Deposit non-refundable, payment for work completed due
• Emergency services: May not be cancelled once work has commenced

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Joe's Welding And Machine Company provides the following warranties:

Structural Work

• 5-year warranty on load-bearing structural welds
• Coverage for defects in workmanship and materials
• Excludes damage from natural disasters or structural changes

Custom Fabrication

• 2-year warranty on workmanship
• Material warranties pass through from manufacturers
• Normal wear and tear exclusions apply

Repair Work

• 1-year warranty on all repair work
• Includes welding repairs and component replacement
• Excludes pre-existing conditions or damage

7. Safety and Liability

Safety is our top priority. Joe's Welding And Machine Company:

• Maintains current safety certifications and insurance
• Follows all OSHA safety guidelines and industry standards
• Is fully licensed and insured for your protection
• Requires clients to provide safe access to work areas
• Is not liable for damage to hidden utilities or structures

8. Force Majeure

Joe's Welding And Machine Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Joe's Welding And Machine Company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our website and services.

11. Changes to Terms
