Partial Refund
- After consultation but before material ordering
- If work has been partially completed
- When materials have been ordered but not used
- Administrative fee may apply (up to $50)
No Refund
- After work has substantially begun
- When custom materials have been ordered
- For emergency services once work has commenced
- For specialized equipment or tool rentals
3. Project Types and Refund Terms
Small Projects (Under $1,000)
- No deposit required for most services
- Payment due upon completion
- No refund available after work begins
- Quality issues: full refund or rework at no charge
Medium Projects ($1,000 - $10,000)
- 50% deposit required
- Full refund if cancelled before work begins
- 50% refund if cancelled after 25% completion
- No refund after 50% completion
Large Projects (Over $10,000)
- 30% initial deposit, 40% at midpoint
- Full refund if cancelled before any work
- 70% refund if cancelled before midpoint
- No refund after midpoint payment
